The Artists Reality – ep. 28 Art Extravaganza at Firestone

The Akron Society of Artists is hosting a program on Wednesday evening April 23 at their studio featuring Italian  sculptor Sandro Bonaiuto.  Bonaiuto, born in Cleveland, has lived and studied in Italy since 1965.  His work, mostly in terracotta and marble, has been admired and reviewed in collections in Europe and America.  Locally, his commissioned works are on view at St. Mary’s Chuirch in Hudson and St. Mary’s Church in Cleveland.  He will speak on artistic inspiration and his background in the arts and will have two of his pieces on hand to view.

The ASA Studio is located on the third floor of Summit ArtSpace, 140 E. Market Street in Akron.  Parking is behind the building on Summit Street.  This program, which begins at 7:30 pm is free and open to the public. For questions or further information, call 330.678.9287
