Submission Guidelines
Articles:
Your articles and press releases should be written in article format. This means that you information should be submitted in a “reader ready” format, as you would expect it to appear in our newsletter. (Please be careful with your grammar and spelling.)
Your articles should be submitted to us on the 12th of the month PRIOR to your event date. We are only a monthly, so you must get your articles to us early. We have to leave out many articles simply because the dates of events are after our publish date. These dates will also allow us to get your PR to print with Artefakt as well. If you submit after the 12th, don’t expect to see it in print!
Please keep your articles and PR down to under 1,000 words.
Submit articles in a Microsoft Word (.doc) or Notepad (.txt) file. We will not transcribe .pdf’s or image files.
Images:
Please submit images with your articles. Articles with images, quite simply, get READ!
Images should be no larger than 400dpi at its largest edge. We do not need any more than 2 images for any one story.
